I am a Vietnamese-American ceramicist born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My love for clay started in a high school art class, where I spent three years learning how to hand-build pottery. What started as a fun hobby quickly turned into my passion.

After graduating, I decided to focus completely on ceramics. In 2022, I started working at Friend Assembly at Stanley Marketplace. Over time, I worked my way up to become the Studio Manager. Running the studio gave me the perfect place to grow. I learned tons of new technical skills and finally taught myself how to use the pottery wheel, which completely changed the way I make my art.

Working at the studio also got me involved in Denver’s local maker community. I started selling my work as a vendor at pop-ups and artisan markets all over town. Being behind the booth taught me exactly what makes a market successful—both for the artists selling their work and the people shopping.

All of that experience led me to my next big step: hosting my own events. I am stepping out from behind my own booth to launch the After Hours Night Market at Stanley Marketplace. My goal is to support the local artists who inspire me and create a fun, welcoming space to celebrate independent creators.
